MY APPROACH

[1] Creativity without structure is chaos. I use design discovery and engineering discipline together, turning ideas into systems where every piece of work is verifiable, trackable, and worth doing.

[2] Minimal is powerful. The best user manual is no user manual. The best documentation is code that doesn't need it.

[3] Teach a man to fish instead of giving him fish. I value coaching and I will make everyone's encounter with me valuable. I believe people have untapped potential and I apply this to both my internal team and customers (SMEs).
