MY WORKS
What I've been doing.
- Fractional CTO for Thai SME owners who have strong sales and ops but no tech leader
- The work: digitize their operations, pull scattered data into one place, then add dashboards and AI on top
- Delivering with agentic AI teammates handling the heavy lifting
- Working with clients across E-Commerce, CPG, and Manufacturing
- Scaling MineERP from 5 to 50+ clients
- Worked on the ground with Thai SME shop floor workers, delivery drivers, warehouse staff, production
planners, managers, and executives, to actually understand their needs
- Built the culture and managed a team of 7–12 people: developers, designers, and QA
- Studied a lot of ERPs and iterated MineERP over and over to find a genuinely unique way to solve these
problems
- Set UX direction for MineERP, an ERP that's as easy to use as a project management tool
- Touched every industry along the way: Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics, Construction
Materials
- Also did a lot of custom projects to keep the company running and feed myself (and my team): data
platforms, dashboards, E-Commerce automation, WMS, CRM, Mini-ERP, Retail ERP, websites, government projects
- Shout out to my team (and ex-members), and also my early clients. They are the best <3
- Industries: Banking, Retail, Insurance
- The job: understand what data the business needs, find where it lives, and build pipelines to deliver it
- Built a real-time data framework (Databricks, Azure, Kafka)
- Researched and implemented Delta Lake (unified batch and streaming data)
- Developed a Voice AI chatbot for customer service (POC). LLMs probably made this a lot easier now
- Part of a big data migration from legacy on-premise in the UK to cloud in Singapore
- Learned about blockchain and its practical applications (it's mostly hype)
- Learned software development process at enterprise scale
- Wrote some Kotlin and smart contracts
- Documented APIs and business processes
